What We do
In Power Plant Services
SCAFFOLDING WORKS
We are able to erect a customized scaffolding system in a 300 MW Thermal Power Plant in 36 hours and dismantle in 24 hours. This speed saves the plant owner valuable downtime hours. We hold the Philippine record for fastest erection and dismantling time.
AIR-PREHEATER BASKET ELEMENT CHANGE
We are the Philippines exclusive distributor for Howden. We are able to replace complete set of basket elements for a 300 MW Air-preheater (2 air- preheater units) in 12 days.
BOILER RETUBING
We have experienced boiler tube pipefitters and certified TIG welders. We have portable TIG welding machines that our welders can carry close to the piping joints for better and faster welding works. Some of our welders have experienced outide the Philippines as boiler tube welders. We have beveling and cutting machines.
COAL BURNER REPAIR
We repair coal burners and even fabrication burner parts using SUS310S materials. We have complete equipment for SS materials works like plasma cutters.
DIVING SERVICES
We provide diving services for the clean-up of circulating marine pipes and pump stations. We conduct tunnel inspection using video and still cameras.
TURBINE OVERHAULING
We provide diving services for the clean-up of circulating marine pipes and pump stations. We conduct tunnel inspection using video and still cameras.
POWER PLANT COMMISSIONING AND INSTRUMENTATION TROUBLE SHOOTING
We have experienced Instrumentation and Control Engineers for commissioning works for coal-fired thermal power station with experienced both here in the Philippines and abroad.
AIR-PREHEATER AND FANS INSPECTIONS
We have provided Air-preheater inspection to practically all coal thermal power plants in the Philippines
HEAT EXCHANGER/CONDENSER TUBE CLEANING
We are the local partner of Conco Systems (USA). We have high pressure bullet cleaning equipment and we are able to clean a 22,000 tubes condenser in 4 days. We also offer Eddy Current Test for condenser and SF6 Leak Detecton Services (Air Ingress Detection) in partnership with Conco Systems
VALVE REPAIRS
We provide valve repairs and reconditioning. We are the Philippines distributor for RMG, Valvitalia, Bopp & Reuther and Flowsafe valves.
OIL PURIFICATION AND DEHYDRATION SERVICES
We are appointed as the Philippine exclusive distributor for PARKER Hydraulics Filtration products. In relation to this appointment, we are now offering OIL PURIFICATION AND DEHYDRATION SERVICESS for Transformer oil and Lubrication oil. We are using Parker PVS 600 and Laser Particle Counter for this service.
