The assembly paste WEICON Anti Seize High-Tech is high-temperature-resistant, has excellent separating characteristics, is metal-free, neutral to materials and has an NSF registration. It is particularly suitable when metal-containing pastes can cause electrolytic reactions, when nickel-containing products should or may not be used due to health reasons and when dark metal-containing products should or may not be used for visual reasons.

Degreases and cleans all metals, glass, ceramics and most plastics

WEICON Cleaner Spray S removes oily and greasy soiling from all metals as well as from ceramics, glass and most plastics. It can, however, attack the surface of thermoplastics such as PVC, Plexiglas, polystyrene and single layers of paint. WEICON Cleaner S evaporates quickly and, in contrast to conventional thinners, without leaving residues. It can be used for cleaning and degreasing before priming and painting, for cleaning machine parts, or before other WEICON products are applied to surfaces where a greasy underground would impair their effect.

Multifunctional oil with multiple effects

WEICON W 44 T® is a multifunctional product which combines corrosion protection, water repellency, lubrication, conservation and cleaning in a single product due to its special formula and outstanding capillary action. It loosens seized up screw connections, bolts, fittings and valves, and penetrates and dissolves rust. It repels humidity from electrical contacts, prevents leakage currents, and makes it easier to start wet motors. W 44 T® is also suitable for use as cutting oil for drilling and cutting processes. The oil eliminates squeaky and creaky noises on hinges, guides, bearings, and all types of joints and couplings. WEICON W 44 T® cleans soiled metal surfaces and leaves a long-lasting razorthin film, which does not smear or stick and does not attract dust. The epoxy resin system WEICON Ceramic HC 220 provides high abrasion resistance and serves as wear protection for heavily used surfaces. It is temperature-resistant up to +220 °C, flowable, ceramic-filled, resistant to chemicals and has a high adhesive strength. Ceramic HC 220 can be easily processed with a paint brush and applied to large surfaces. The epoxy resin systems is non-corrosive, anti-magnetic and cures practically without shrinkage. The product can be used in mechanical and plant engineering, in equipment engineering, and in many other areas of industry where high temperature loads are part of daily work.

Pasty | steel-filled | high-temperature-resistant up to +280 °C (536 °F) for short periods of time

WEICON HB 300 is pasty, steel-filled and high-temperature-resistant up to +200 °C (392 °F) (up to 280 °C/536 °F for a short period of time). It is processed with a mixing ratio of 1:1. The epoxy resin system is also suitable for applications on vertical surfaces and can be used for the repair and bonding of cast and metal parts, for filling in blow holes, for repairing damage on containers, carriages and machine parts and for sealing pumps and pipes. WEICON Zinc Spray is approved by the German TÜV and provides all metal surfaces with a long-lasting cathodic corrosion protection. It forms a fast-drying, adherent protective layer of microfine zinc flakes. Even after more than 1050 hours in the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227, metal parts coated with WEICON Zinc Spray did not show any signs of corrosion. The zinc flakes form a resistant protective layer even against extreme weather and environmental conditions. That way, WEICON Zinc Spray fulfils higher requirements than those defined by the DIN EN ISO 1461 standard. WEICON Zinc Spray can be used as a high-grade anti-rust primer, for the coating of welded joints and drill holes, as a conductive intermediate layer for spot welding and wherever metal must be protected against corrosion.
